Butler Service:

Guests staying in accommodation categories PH, PS and CP enjoy the benefits of a personal butler to look after every detail of your stay.

Laundry and Valet Services:

Crystal Cruises offer a comprehensive laundry service including laundry, dry cleaning and ironing. Laundry and valet services can be arranged through your State Room stewardess or Butler.

Complimentary self service launderettes can be found on decks 8, 9 and 10 (Crystal Symphony) and decks 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 (Crystal Serenity).

Religious Services:

Details of religious services can be found in the on board daily newsletter "Reflections".

Jewish, Protestant and Catholic services are offered on most cruises.

Business Services:

Conference and meeting facilities are available on board as is private email and internet access through the University at Sea.

Secretarial services are also available for a reasonable charge.

Concierges:

The Concierges and 24 hour reception desk staff are available to assist you with any special shipboard or shoreside needs.

Cruise Sales Consultant:

Future cruise bookings can be made on board. All on board bookings are returned to your travel agent and you will receive a discount for most bookings as wellas a repeat guest discount.

Room Service:

Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Food, drink, bedding - whatever your need simply dial room service.

Ambassador Hosts:

The Crystal host programme is designed to provide companions for female guests. The Hosts are well educated and well travelled and are carefully screened.
