Boarding
All passengers must carry a government photo identity card before they are allowed to board. Passengers must be on board at least one hour prior to sailing. The crew will help you with your hand luggage and your large luggage will be delivered to your State Room. Clothing Suggestions Casual clothing is worn by the majority of guests during the day and for daytime dining. Swimwear is not appropriate for dining at any time but can be worn if dining al fresco on deck. Comfortable walking shoes are needed for days in port. It is a good idea to check the weather for the time of year at the places on your itinerary before travelling. There is a strict dress code in the public areas of the ship after 6.00pm. There is a mixture of casual, informal and formal evenings on board. The number of each depend on the length of your cruise. Cruise Tickets & Luggage Tags About two weeks before sailing you will receive all your crusie documents including cruise tickets, air tickets, itineraries and hotel confirmations, luggage tags and other useful information. Innoculations It is the responsibility of all those travelling to ensure that they have any necessary innoculations prior to travel. Please check with your G.P. for any that might be necessary for the countries that you will be visiting. Passport & Visas UK nationals must carry a passport that is valid for a minimum of six months after travel. If you are visitng the US you will be required to have a machine readable passport. Guests should check with their local passport office for any visa requirements. Pre Reservations Passengers who have paid in full can pre book certain activities and excursions up to 180 days prior to departure. Special Dietry Requirements If you have any special dietry requests these must be made in writing at least one month prior to sailing. (There may be a cost for certain requests). Valuables Guests are responsible for the safety of all their belongings whilst on a cruise. There is a safe in every State Room and safety deposit boxes available at reception. Visitors Whenever possible guests are allowed on board. Visitors must place their request in writing at least two weeks prior to the intended visit. Due to the changing security situation around the world visits may be cancelled without notice. |

The normal boarding time is 3.00pm. The boarding and sailing times are
specified on your ticket. Guests cannot board before this time.
