Airport Parking

We can offer you special low rates for airport parking including valet parking: simply drive to the terminal and a chauffeur will park your car returning it to the terminal on your return.

Luggage

All check-in luggage is collected from outside your State room on the last night of your cruise for customs clearance. Do not pack crucial travel documents with your check-in luggage.

Both ships have conference and meeting facilities.

Secretarial and copying services are also available.

There is email and internet access.

Communication

A postal service is available on board and post can be forwarded to you at the various embarkation and disembarkation ports.

Direct dial satellite telephones are installed in every State room.

Fax, email and internet access is available on board.

Currency & Shipboard Accounts

There is an on board Bureau de Change.

Passengers are required to settle their on board account by credit or debit card or in US Dollars. Traveller's cheques, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club are accepted. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Electrical Appliances

110v and 220 volt US and European electrical outlets are located in every State room.

Two hair dryers are also provided.

Library

For bookworms there is an extensive library on board.

It contains over 2,000 titles including fiction, crime, romance and factual genres.

For movie buffs there are also over 1,000 movies plus board games.

Photo Shop

A photographic shop stocks cameras, photographic accessories and film and provides digital and 35mm development and archiving services.

Smoking Policy

There are smoking and non-smoking areas on board.

Most areas are non smoking but there are designated smoking tables in most bars and lounges. Some bars and lounges are totally smoke free.

Cigars and Pipes are only permitted in the Connoisseurs lounge and on certain decks.
